Auyon 戈什医学博士: The symptoms of COPD kind of have this classic triad, as we call it: three cardinal symptoms of COPD. First is a cough that doesn't go away; excess sputum production -- making, coughing up a lot of phlegm; 和 then feeling short of breath.

Well, I underst和 you'll be working with studies that involve more than 60,000 people. 他们并不都来自锡拉丘兹，对吧?

Auyon 戈什医学博士: One of my collaborators actually developed the 第一个 polygenic resilience score for COPD, 和 that's what we're going to be using to identify these folks who are at high genetic risk.
